This and That in December, Part 1!

It's a wonderful season to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ!
I love all the artwork!
"Heaven's Gift" by Dan Wilson
And the show on Times Square in New York City was amazing!
Sarah celebrated her 17th birthday!
She likes to do these tracing projects.
Camille made this sweater with crocheted granny squares!
Lots of service going on in Wichita:
Food for over 140 people at a shelter.  The McClellan's helped.
Suzie and Eleanor helped at the Food Bank.
Joshua celebrated his 16th birthday.
He also got his Driver's License!
Trying out his new fancy light weight drum sticks.
Joshua wins another gingerbread house contest!
Before the Franklin High Band Concert:

Joshua plays the flute

Peter had his Winter band concert.
He also plays percussion and here he is playing an instrument called the Lion's Roar.
And it looks like we will have another percussionist in the family:
Caleb is a cute little drummer boy!
Congratulations to all who participated in concerts this winter season!
I loved this cartoon.
How times have changed!
Then:
It took us many nights to go caroling to most of the families in the ward.
Now:
Re-creating this Christmas photo 10 years later!
We tried a new treat to make and give to friends: Peppermint Pretzel Bites.
We got to watch Kathryn's University Chorale Concert
streamed live on the 12th of December from BYU!
It was fabulous!
Sister McClellan with Shawndreka and her family:

I hope everyone is enjoying the Advent puzzle (which will have it's own blog post),
and the wonder and joy of Christmas!
