Josh and his family chose the Olympics
as a theme for our Reunion.
Each family chose a country to represent and they had nice decorations around the house you could see in the previous post. Here we are all ready for the
Opening Ceremonies!

There was even an Olympic torch they lit which is right behind Josh:
Each family went up and introduced themselves by telling the following things:
Which country you chose and why, if there is a reason, or just because.
For each child:
Age and/or year in school
1 or 2 activities or things they like
Their favorite Olympic event (either watching or participating, general or specific)
For the adults:
Job title
Current church calling and how long they've had it.
Their favorite Olympic memory, or something they can remember related to the Olympics (brief)
Their favorite Olympic event (either watching or participating, general or specific)

That was fun and brought back a lot of great memories of past Olympics. Then he said we were going to play a game and we were divided into teams by our birthday months.
The game was to remember what everyone said was their favorite Olympic sport! That's harder than it sounds with 39 people sharing. I got pictures of some of the teams working on their answers:
