Easter Trip: Family Home Evening!

We had a fun dinner and evening with Jeff's family!
The treat was yummy!
Some fun on the pogo stick!

Penny likes to curtsy!
Eleanor made some pretty flowers!
Sam was on the activity.  He showed us all how to fold a special paper airplane and then we had fun outside flying them in the wind!

Easter Trip: Welcome Show!

The girls had a show prepared for us when we arrived:
(after seeing the decorations, of course!)
Courtney was the director and announcer:
Scooters!
Roller Skates!
Bicycles!
Jump Roping!
And the Finale!
(which came out as "Finally" on the program!)
When we went in there was a treasure hunt with clues to find these two bags decorated by Courtney with these gifts which she had made on her sewing machine.  They are holders for small booklets such as For the Strength of Youth.
What a Welcome!!!!

Easter Trip: The Decorations!

It is always fun to see the decorations that the girls spend weeks preparing for us!
This time the theme was: "Welcome to Easter Palace!"
One wall was the Flower Forest!
Here is The Wall of Creepy Crawlies!
This wall is Under the Rainbow!

And along the bottom was an Easter Egg Hunt!
And the final touch was a Crystal Chandelier!
Those are real salt crystals.
I love these paper designs Courtney learned how to make.
She put several together to make this large flower.  It's as tall as their fireplace!
And Elizabeth painted this on canvas!
What a festive place for us to stay!
