Spring Has Sprung!

Lots of things blooming in the backyard.

Grandkids are also blooming:

Aubrey, a happy 1st grader!

Bethany lost her 1st tooth!

Jacob and Lily had fun at the park!

He made it to the top!

Sarah performed in  The Lion King!

 She was a lioness and had to sing and dance!

 Elizabeth and Courtney volunteered at the Special Olympics track meet!

 Amelia made these "Anciet persons" costumes for herself and her doll!

Kathryn performed in another orchestra concert and did 10 hours of piano teaching for Personal Progress!

 Hannah earned the Platinum Paw pin and award!

She had to have a combination of Scholastic Achievement, Class Achievement, Leadership, 16 hours ofSchool Service, 16 hours of Arts, 16 hours of Club Participation, and 16 hours of Community Service

It was quite an achievement to earn it as a 7th grader.

Weather or Not: We Had Fun!

Kansas can have crazy weather.

We had some over the baptism weekend!

 But we still managed to have lots of fun!

Sarah on the clarinet:

We also had yummy meals and lots of visiting.

We had fun!

P.S.

Another interesting part of the weekend was that for one of Courtney's classes she had to bring a computer "baby" home for the weekend.  She was responsible for it 24 hours a day including taking care of it when it cried, changing diapers, feeding, burping, and rocking it which kept her up quite a bit at night as well.

The baby had to be near her at all times.

So the baby went to the baptism...

...and to Church the next day.

She even had to take him out at the end of Sacrament meeting because he was fussing.  Courtney will be a great Mom!

Camille Gets Baptized!

Saturday, April 14th was Baptism Day for Camille!

She's a cutie!

 It was a day for lots of pictures!
