50th Anniversary Dinner: Friday, July 1st!

We had the most wonderful dinner and program! There was so  much help and participation from everyone.  

Darryl and Amanda oversaw everything and it was extra nice!

Amelia helped a lot with these small gift boxes.

The tables were beautiful!  Sara did the flower centerpieces.

Hannah did the name cards.

Jeff had a fun game in which everyone participated.

MaryAnn had made two professional-quality videos: One was shown while we were gathering (Dan and I through the years) and another one was shown as part of the program (grandchildren giving short remarks).  So enjoyable to watch!

Heidi did the invitations and had this puzzle made for us.  Here is a picture of the completed puzzle.

(Maybe we will do it each year on our anniversary!)

Nine of our granddaughters sang a beautiful song with new words by Hannah.  Amanda accompanied on the piano with Penny helping her.
