Our Valentine's Day!

Instead of a day---how about a whole weekend of Valentine's?
We started celebrating on Friday night by watching this movie:
Then we drove to San Jose early Saturday morning and Dan took me on a tour of some of my most memorable places from my youth!
Our home at 1949 Cronwell Drive:
Here's a close up of the porch and front door:
Dover Elementary school which is now a Christian school but still looked the same!
The Church building on Cherry Ave. where I spent many hours both at early morning Seminary and Saturday night dances and everything in between! (You can see that the fog burned off by the time we got here)
The corner of Meridian and Hamilton where my Dad had a drugstore.  The bakery next door is still going strong!
Then  it was off to Santa Clara University...
...where BYU defeated Santa Clara in basketball 96-62!
It has been a great weekend so far!

We've even been working on our puzzle: "Cupcakes of Love!"

Wow, so fun seeing those pictures of grandma and grandpa's house! Brings back so many memories of grandma sitting in the front porch watching us ride bikes or handing out push ups. She is the best!!!
