This and That #2!

Two more weeks have gone by and we're starting to come out of quaratine but first...
A Skype story from Bethany...
We actually got some rain and it was so pleasant to sit on our patio...
And we even took a selfie...
Joshua has been enjoying bike riding.  He got a computer to keep track of his miles and hit 100 miles the other day!
He will be graduating from 6th grade and heading to 8th grade...
We even planted a garden this year...
Thinking about my Dad on Memorial Day and FamilySearch lead me to his draft registration card:
Lily at their family Memorial day breakfast picnic...
Hannah got some new shelves for her room...
Jacob and David have been having some fun...
Melanchuks re-creation of a famous painting...
Dan and I have been playing a lot of this fun game...
And now some bush roses are blooming.  I love the color...
Charles and Heidi celebrated their 20th Anniversary this week:
We also got to have a short visit with Amanda and Nathaniel while they were in Sacramento for a doctor visit.  Forgot to take a picture; was too busy getting my first grandchild hug since March!
And now it's really heating up...
Better keep laughing!

Corona Puzzles!

We've almost always had a puzzle up during the quarantine.
Just wanted to remember a few of them...

Courtney's Corona Graduation!

Courtney's first day of school:
Courtney's last day of school:
(Who knew she would be working at home for the last day?!)
These are some shots off of a slide show that would have been part of the academic honors evening.
Tuesday, May 19th approx 3:45 p.m. PDT: We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the McClellans to drop off Courtney while sitting in our family room:
This is from the school Facebook page and it shows the set up of how the cars arrive:
The McClellans have their car all decorated:
As we were watching, one student arrived in a school bus...
...and another arrived in this military truck.

Here they come!
Courtney Linnea McClellan!
Mom accidentally snuck in a couple of our pictures!
And this photo made it on the district Facebook page!
Back at home:
Posing by a sign made by friends with younger kids.
And then tonight she had Seminary graduation over Zoom.
First they showed a picture from when she was little.
She's got her scripture bag with her!
The teachers said something nice about each student.
And that's easy to do for Courtney!
So proud of her accomplishments while she faced some health struggles.
Congratulations former Jag, future Coug!
(So great for us to participate while still sheltering at home.)
